A Wildlife Safari Weekend That Won't Cost The Earth

Kelling Heath Holiday Park, http://www.kellingheath.co.uk, in north Norfolk is offering a Wildlife Weekend with well-known ornithologist and naturalist, Peter Walton from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th July 2008.
Whether experienced or just intrigued about wildlife, this weekend offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a wildlife safari on the north Norfolk coast. Weekend guests will spend time with Peter who will lead the group (16 maximum) and take them on an exciting array of wildlife extravaganzas, including, Wetland Bird Safaris, a Nightjar Walk, Moth Identification and Bat Walks, a Raptor Watch and a Butterfly and Dragonfly Bonanza.
Away trips will include interesting visits to Norfolk Wildlife Trust Cley Marshes, one of the UK’s premier bird watching sites, Pensthorpe, a multi award-winning attraction for all those who love nature and the outdoors, Holt Country Park, The Norfolk Broads, Titchwell and Wensum Valley, all renowned for their wildlife, birdlife, flora and fauna.
Kelling Heath prides itself on combining the needs of the modern holidaymaker with a very special focus on the natural environment and its inhabitants. Even if you just relax at Kelling Heath, you can do so in an area of outstanding natural beauty, set within 250 acres of rare woodland and heathland, with an abundance of wild life on your doorstep.
The Heron Holiday Home sleeps up to six people and features home from home comforts including central heating, a colour television, spacious lounge and dining area and an outside patio. The kitchen comes complete with microwave, cooker and fridge freezer.
The Wildlife Weekend package will include 3 nights staying in a Heron luxury holiday home at Kelling Heath, travel and entry to all destinations and tasty packed lunch on all the away trips for £300. Extra persons will be charged at £60 to a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
