Making Your Booking: There are several ways to book you stay at Kelling Heath, if you require details before booking about  Woodland Lodges, Luxury Caravan Homes or Touring Pitches please follow the links. We recommend that you read our Booking & Hiring Conditions before making your booking.

Online: Click here and follow the links Please note: Woodland Lodge and Luxury Holiday Home bookings are subject to a £5 (per week or short break) Cancellation Plan Fee. See booking condition 1(a). When making an online reservation for Woodland Lodges and Luxury Holiday Homes the Cancellation Plan Fee will be included within the tariffs shown. The Cancellation Plan Fee is not applicable to Touring Caravan & Camping Pitch Tariffs.

By telephone: Please call our reservations office on 01263 588181 and have available: • your postcode and full postal address • your email address, we prefer to correspond if possible by this method • the dates you wish to visit • your choice of accommodation OR touring pitch type and extras • your debit/credit card details for payment of deposit and or balance. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Delta, Maestro, Switch.

By post: Please complete the booking form in full, sign it and return it to the address shown together with the correct payment. Following your booking: We will in the first instance confirm all bookings by email, if you do not have an email address confirmation will be sent by post. Please follow any instructions that may be given. Where the holiday start date is within three days of a booking being made by telephone or post and no email address is available, a confirmation will be given on arrival.

Please note: The Booking and Hiring Conditions subject to which all bookings are made. All prices quoted by Kelling Heath Holiday Park are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Kelling Heath Lodges and Luxury Holiday Homes are subject to a £5 (per week or short break) cancellation fee. See booking condition 1(a). The information on this website was correct at the time of publication. The management reserves the right to alter the availability of facilities at the park as may be dictated by circumstances.

 

Dogs & pets: Dogs: Are NOT permitted in Woodland Lodges or Luxury Holiday Homes. A maximum of two dogs will be booked on the ‘red’ touring area only close to the heath and dog walking area. They must be on a lead at all times and not be left unattended. Owners are requested to clear up after their dog and use the bins provided. Offenders can be asked to leave the park. All male & female parties: Kelling Heath caters mainly for family holidays. Bookings will not be accepted from all male or female parties. Bookings of older single sex parties will only be taken at the discretion of the Bookings Office or Duty Manager whose decision is final.
