Arrival & Departure
Lodge and holiday hire home bookings are from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
What do I need to bring with me to check in?
Your confirmation that you have received either through the post or via e-mail is all that is required to check in
Can I bring pets, are they allowed Woodland lodges and Luxury Holiday Homes?
We do not allow any pets in our luxury holiday homes or lodges but pets are allowed on the Red Squirrel touring area
What is the difference between the Heron, Nightjar and Tern
Heron and Nightjar both sleep 6 whilst the Tern sleeps 8. The major difference between the Nightjar and Heron is that the master bedroom in the Nightjar has an en-suite
Do I need to bring my own sheets and bedding?
No, all sheets and bedding are provided and the beds are made up ready
Do I need to bring towels and tea towels?
Yes you will need to bring your own towels and tea towels
Can cots/high chairs be hired?
Yes cots and highchairs can both be hired from reception, although we do ask for a small deposit which will be refunded when brought back. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to hire one as numbers are limited - cost for hire for 2010?
Is the Health & Fitness Club an additional cost?
The Health & Fitness Club is an additional cost and can be booked on the day you wish to use it. Passes available include 1, 3 and 7 days
Those occupying Woodland Lodges have complimentary membership of the Club
