The Village Store:
The Village Store is open every day offering a selection of fresh local produce and a range of groceries, newspapers and gifts. Opening times vary throughout
the year and are displayed outside the entrance.
- The store sells nearly everything you might need during your visit including bread, milk, food, daily newspapers, souvenirs, toys and camping equipment.
- Camping gas is sold in the shop.
- Ice packs are available to hire.
- E Top up is available for your mobile phone.
- DVD's are available to hire
- Tennis equipment is available to hire
- Local produce available
The Launderette:
Located to the right of Brackens, the machines are token
operated and
these can be bought from reception
Pay Phones:
Are situated
in the kiosks outside the village store.
Cash Back:
Is available from the Village Store with any
purchase made.
Wireless Internet:
Available in and around the Terrace and Forge bars and
available free in Brackens. For more information please visit one of these
dining areas.
Reception:
Opening times vary throughout the year and are displayed
outside the entrance.
Please visit reception if:
- You have any queries during your stay.
- You would like any mail franked. (Bring your mail ready to send for this service).
- For the hire of: Hairdryers (£10 Deposit), irons (£10 Deposit), Baby Highchairs (£20 Deposit), Cots (£20 Deposit) and Binoculars (£20 Deposit).
- Bookings for Tennis and Fishing and tickets for the North Norfolk Railway and Cromer Pier.
Guest Services:
Guest Services is located within Reception and available when Reception is open. Visit Guest Services to:
- Enquire about or book activities or Acorn Events.
- Enquire about local activities and information.
Notice Boards:
Other useful information to help you enjoy your stay can be
found on the notice boards in the Village
Square.
Group Booking and Special Events:
The green rally area is available for group bookings, but
not during school holidays. The Forge can also be booked for functions. Ask at reception
or call 01263 588181 to discuss your requirements.
