Why we need you:

We are looking for a restaurant/bar Supervisor with a ‘hands on’, flexible approach and excellent interpersonal skills. Delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment you will be happy to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

You will lead from the front and supervise a team to deliver a smooth service whilst supporting fellow supervisors and senior colleagues. Regardless of whether you are working in the restaurant, cafe or bar you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we provide a first-class service, catering for all guest requirements.

What you’ll do:

Assisting in the day-to-day supervision of our Front of House Team and provide support to fellow colleagues and senior team.
Liaising with the kitchen team regarding service times and special dietary requirements.
Using the till and cashing up.
Compliance to Health & Safety procedures.
Ensure the team are following the correct standard operating procedures.
Train the FOH team in areas such as guest experience , beverage preparations, health & safety and inductions.
Provide exceptional guest service and deal with complaints efficiently.
Ensure a friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere is provided.
Selling and preparing drinks and serving guests as required.
Setting up and cleaning down before and after service.
Ensure Front of House areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.

What you’ll bring – Experience:

Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality or retail.

Level 2 Food Safety or equivalent desirable, but not essential.
Allergen Awareness desirable, but not essential.
