Housekeeping Team Member – Accommodation
Salary: up to £14.59 per hour including rolled up holiday
Location: Kelling Heath Holiday Park
Hours: Zero Hour Permanent Contract, Two Days Per Week, Mondays and Fridays
Why we need you:
You will play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by cleaning and maintaining the Park’s accommodation units to the highest standards. You will promptly report any maintenance issues and work flexibly and effectively as part of our dedicated Housekeeping Team. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to consistently high standards are essential.
Key duties include:
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across the Park at all times.
- Complete all required training, including relevant compliance training, within the specified timescales.
- Complete all tasks in line with Company standards and agreed timescales. Duties may include making and stripping beds; checking inventory; cleaning kitchen equipment, surfaces and cupboards; dusting and vacuuming; checking that lights, televisions and remote controls are working; and cleaning outdoor areas around accommodation units. Outdoor tasks may include removing debris and cobwebs, cleaning decking and external furniture, and clearing gutters.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous housekeeping experience is
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to meet fixed deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering high standards.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements, including COSHH and manual handling.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team.
