About the Role:
In this role you will get involved in many areas of HR, providing generalist support throughout the employee lifecycle this will include organising recruitment and induction events, issuing contracts and other employee correspondence.
We are looking for someone with a flexible and positive attitude who enjoys a varied role and is able to manage a busy workload, prioritise and problem solve.
Hours and days of work flexible.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:
Administer the recruitment process by creating job adverts, job descriptions and advertising job vacancies, issuing contracts, assisting in the full onboarding process and induction of new starters. Supporting all internal Recruitment Fairs and external career events.
Update and maintain our HR system, ensuring data is accurate at all times.
Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with Data Protection Legislation (GDPR).
Keeping organisation charts up to date.
Manage the ordering and issue of employee uniforms.
Responsible for monitoring probationary reviews and appraisals.
Administer leaver process , following up on exit interviews and all other associated tasks.
Raising HR purchase orders when required.
All other HR administrative duties as required.
The Person:
You will have a strong administration background with excellent customer service at the forefront of everything you do. We are looking for a proactive individual with a can-do attitude who is tenacious and enjoys working with minimal supervision. You will have a keen eye for detail and accuracy. You should be confident to try new things and contribute your own suggestions and ideas for process and business improvements.
Experience in a similar HR role preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
A confident and friendly manner and ability to liaise with people at all levels of our organisation, as well as external suppliers and other Stakeholder
Working knowledge of MS Office including Teams is essential
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times.
Ability to use your own initiative, juggle conflicting work priorities and demonstrate a sense of urgency
Enjoys prioritising and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
