As Reservations & Park Support, you will enjoy working as part of a fantastic team to deliver a professional and efficient service to our guests.

You will represent the company by being the first point of contact setting the standard for exceptional service. As well as responding efficiently to our guests’ individual requirements and ensuring all reservations are processed accurately, you will have a commercial mindset and look for revenue generating opportunities.

If you enjoy a varied workload, have a sharp eye for detail and are passionate about providing an excellent guest experience, then this is the role for you!

What you will do

Meet and greet guests and park visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Respond to all guest and booking queries accurately and efficiently

Process bookings professionally and accurately

Maximise sales revenue and occupancy through upselling and sales closing.

Keep up to date with sales promotions and events and book guests onto activities.

 

What you will bring….

Similar experience in a customer service/soft sales role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Great communication skills

Confidence and empathy

Experience of working on your own initiative and as part of a team.
