As Reservations & Park Support, you will enjoy working as part of a fantastic team to deliver a professional and efficient service to our guests.
You will represent the company by being the first point of contact for our customers, with responsibility for delivering exceptional service. Alongside responding efficiently to our guests’ individual requirements and ensuring all reservations are processed accurately, you will always be on the lookout for revenue generating opportunities.
If you enjoy a varied workload, have a sharp eye for detail and passionate about providing an excellent customer experience, then this is the role for you!
