Why we need you…
We need you to join the fantastic team in The Village Store for the busy 2025 season to help deliver the high standard of customer service we pride ourselves on. You will have a helpful manner, with a strong focus on service and creative flair to ensure our store is welcoming and inviting for guests throughout their stay.
What you’ll do…
To ensure the store operates efficiently and delivers an excellent experience for our guests and customers at all times.
- Follow daily store operations.
- Opening and closure checks.
- Stock management.
- Create inventive and inviting displays.
- General housekeeping duties as required to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Till cash handling and payments.
- Comply with all Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards at all times.
What experience you’ll bring…
- Similar experience, preferably within hospitality.
- Experience in a customer facing position.
- Experience of maintaining high standards of quality and customer experience in any environment.
What skills you’ll bring…
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of till systems would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills.
