Seasonal Chef

COMPLIMENTARY USE OF OUR ON SITE GYM FACILITIES, FREE ON SITE PARKING.

• Contract: zero hours seasonal from Easter until end September
• Hours: approx. 30 hours per week Shift/ Rota Based (Includes Evenings, Weekends and Bank Holidays)

Why we need you…

We are opening new food propositions this year as well as updating our Forge and Terrace menu and we need additional BOH team to help deliver a consistently high quality experience.  Whether it is Fish and Chips or Pizza takeaway or a celebration meal in the Terrace restaurant we want all our guests to be wowed!

Are you a team player who is willing to help others? Can you communicate clearly and calmly to those around you, think on your feet and remain calm when the orders keep coming in?

Then you are the person for us.

What you’ll do…

• Deliver our menus (Restaurant, Fish and Chips and Pizza) to a consistently high quality.
• Maintaining the highest food hygiene and cleanliness standards in all areas of the kitchen.
• Support the rest of the team as required.

What you’ll bring…

• Proven kitchen experience working probably as an experienced Commis or line chef.
• Experience with various cooking methods, ingredients, tools and processes
• Demonstrable experience of providing exceptional service standards in a busy environment.
• Level 2 (minimum) Food Preparation and Cooking
