HOW BIG ARE THE TOURING & CAMPING PITCHES?

There are four pitch styles to choose from:

GRASS PITCH WITH ELECTRIC
XL GRASS PITCH WITH ELECTRIC
XL GRASS PITCH FULLY SERVICED
XL HARD STANDING PITCH FULLY SERVICED

WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR DOGS ON THE TOURING AREAS AND ARE ALL BREEDS OF DOG WELCOME?

We allow a maximum of two dogs per pitch on the Red Squirrel Touring area ONLY which is situated close to the dog walking area.
Please be aware, dogs must be on leads at all times and must not be left unattended.
Please clear up after your dog and use the bins provided.

We do allow dogs to walk throughout the park although they must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
We ask dog owners to respect those touring and camping guests who do not have dogs and who are pitched on the Yellow Dragonfly and Blue Butterfly areas. When walking your dog(s) please keep to the main roads to the side of both these areas and do not enter into areas where these guests are pitched.

Dogs are charged as per the extras section of our tariff, go to the Check Availability and Book panel at the right of each page or call 01263 588181.

We would refer you to our Booking & Hiring Conditions point 14 (b)which states:
(b) Dogs are only permitted on touring pitches booked on the designated touring pitch dog area (subject to a maximum of two dogs per pitch at Kelling Heath Holiday Park).
Certain breeds of dog are not permitted on Kelling Heath or Woodhill Park in order to maintain the safety and wellbeing of all of our guests. These are:
Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero or a cross breed of any of the breeds shown.
If you are in doubt about whether your dog will be permitted, please contact the park prior to booking for confirmation.
Dogs must be on a lead at all times and must not be left unattendedWe reserve the right to require the owner of any dog (whether or not of the breeds referred to above) considered a nuisance, or affecting the comfort of guests, to remove it from the Park.

DO ALL PITCHES HAVE ELECTRIC HOOK UP?

All pitches have electric hook up points included within the nightly tariff, the service is available if required.


WHAT DO I NEED TO CONNECT TO THE ELECTRIC HOOK UP POINT?

You will need a 16 amp outdoor cable, with adaptor cable. These can be purchased from the Village Store or from most camping stores.

Outdoor cables can be hired from Reception for a £50 refundable deposit; availability may be limited during peak periods.

WHAT TIME CAN I ARRIVE/DEPART?

Arrival time is 12pm for touring guests.

Departure time is 10am for all guests.

CAN I REQUEST A PITCH WHEN BOOKING ONLINE?

When booking online all pitches are allocated in order of availability so if you have a specific pitch you were looking to book please call our Reservations Team on 01263 588181

CAN I CHOOSE A SPECIFIC PITCH?

Yes you can, please call our Reservations Team on 01263 588181 to check availability as this is not available online
