As part of our ongoing commitment to protecting the beautiful natural environment around us and creating a safer, more sustainable park, we’re launching a new reusable glassware initiative across Kelling Heath.

From 26^th June 2026, all drinks served from our indoor and outdoor bars will be provided in durable, reusable plastic glasses. Glassware will continue to be used for guests dining in the Terrace restaurant.

How it works

• A small refundable deposit is applied when you receive your glass
• Simply return your glass to any till point to receive your refund
• Alternatively, you can keep your glass to reuse throughout your stay

Our pint and half-pint glasses feature a Norfolk map designed by a local artist, so they also make a lovely keepsake if you’d like to take one home.

Why we’re making the change

This initiative is part of a wider programme to reduce our environmental impact and operate more sustainably. By introducing reusable glassware, we aim to:

• Significantly cut down on single-use waste
• Help protect our surrounding landscape and wildlife
• Create a safer environment in busy areas like the Village Square, reducing the risk of breakages and potential injury – especially for children

Located in the Village Square, the Terrace Restaurant offers all-day dining with local ales, spirits, and rainforest-certified coffee. Enjoy sweet treats from local suppliers, including gluten-free and vegan options, and indulge in our hot chocolate with dairy-free alternatives available on request.

Our menus feature locally sourced ingredients, with halal and allergen-friendly options available. Fish & chip takeaway is served daily from 4pm, including gluten-free portions cooked separately. A small selection of non-perishable essentials are available for purchase from our pop-up store.

Serving coffee, cakes, ice cream, and seasonal evening pizza takeaways, Brackens features treats from local suppliers, including dairy-free, vegan, and gluten-free options.

Stocking local products like Krusty Loaf bakery goods, Black Shuck spirits, Pooch’s dog treats, and frozen ready meals from Supper Club. The store also offers a free water refill station and encourages reusable coffee cups.

During winter, goods from our Village Store are available in the pop-up shop in The Terrace Restaurant.

Enjoy the Village Square – A Space for Great Food & Entertainment

The Village Square is a hub of entertainment, food, and community – designed as a dedicated space to enjoy delicious takeaway options, from our on-Park outlets, pop-up food vendors, and the Village Store. It’s also where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy our live entertainment while you eat and drink.

Open on selected dates, Stargazers Bar serves ‘guest’ beers, cocktails, wine, soft drinks and spirits.
