Nestled between the market towns of Sheringham and Holt and close to the North Norfolk coastline at Weybourne, our Park is the perfect place for exploring.
During selected weeks, a range of Pop-Up Food Vendors frequent the Park offering a range of delicious offerings. Our family activities are available during Norfolk School Holidays and can be found below.

Where do you start? You can explore scenic trails through the Park’s own heathland and woodlands, or hop on the North Norfolk Railway at nearby Weybourne for a steam train ride to Sheringham or Holt.

Nature lovers will enjoy birdwatching and visiting Sheringham Park, while the coast is just a short drive away—perfect for a day at the beach or rock pooling. Local villages like Holt offer charming shops, galleries, and cafés for a relaxed day out.

Local Experiences

North Norfolk has a wealth of local experiences for Guests to enjoy. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round at Sheringham Golf Club, a cliff-top course renowned for its stunning views and challenging layout. For those interested in marine life, boat trips from nearby Blakeney or Morston Quay provide opportunities to see seals and seabirds in their natural habitat. Additionally, the Sheringham Little Theatre hosts a variety of performances, including live theatre, music, and film screenings.

Education and Wildlife

Our Park is surrounded by great educational and wildlife centres. Nearby Sheringham Park offers hands-on nature activities like minibeast hunts and forest school sessions. The Norfolk Wildlife Trust’s Cley Marshes Visitor Centre is perfect for spotting birds and learning about local habitats. For those interested in Norfolk’s rich heritage, the Deep History Coast provides a unique journey through ancient geological history, with opportunities to explore cliffs and beaches where prehistoric fossils have been uncovered.

Cultural Heritage

Near Kelling Heath Holiday Park, there are several museums and National Trust sites to explore. The Muckleburgh Military Collection in nearby Weybourne is one of the UK’s largest private military museums, showcasing tanks, artillery, and military memorabilia. Sheringham Museum at the Mo offers fascinating exhibits on local lifeboat and fishing history. For National Trust experiences, Sheringham Park is just a short walk away, featuring beautiful landscaped gardens and walking trails with coastal views. Felbrigg Hall, another nearby National Trust property, is a stunning country house with period interiors and extensive parkland.

Located in North Norfolk, there are so many opportunities to enjoy local food and drink spots, especially if you’re a fan of seafood. The on-Park Terrace restaurant is a great place to start. Or head down the road to The Ship Inn in Weybourne. A cosy pub known for its fresh local seafood, especially mussels and crab.

In Sheringham, Fat Teds Streat Food offers a unique take on street food, serving dishes like loaded fries and flatbreads with a twist, all made with fresh, homemade ingredients. You can often find them on Park during selected peak weeks.

For a more refined experience, Byfords in Holt provides a charming setting in a Grade II listed building, serving a range of dishes including seafood, steaks, and their signature house curry.
