Social Media Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter Information
The competition is promoted by Kelling Heath Holiday Park
2. Eligibility
This competition is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.
3. How to Enter
3.1 The competition will run from 10th May 2024 to 28th May 2024 at midnight ("Competition Period").
3.2 To enter the competition, participants must follow these steps during the Competition Period:

Like the competition post
Tag 2 friends in the comments section of the competition post (open to anyone with or without a dog!)
3.3 Entries received after the end of the Competition Period will not be considered.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
4.1 The winner(s) will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received.
4.2 The winner(s) will be notified via Instagram direct message within 24 hours of the closing date and must respond within 2 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5. Prize
5.1 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
5.2 The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
5.3 Bringing a dog is optional and not a condition of entry.
5.4 Up to 6 guests and 2 dogs
5.5 3 night break for arrival on Friday 21 June 2024 or a 4 night break Monday 24th June 2024 in a Classic Woodland Lodge - Dog Friendly at Kelling Heath Holiday Park
6. Data Protection and Publicity
6.1 Participants agree that, if they win, their Instagram handle may be announced publicly by the Promoter as the winner.
6.2 Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
7. General
7.1 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
7.2 The information you provide will be used for this competition only and not shared with other parties outside the competition.
