When the days are longer and the countryside is in full bloom, there’s no better place to enjoy a summer break than Kelling Heath. Set within 300 acres of beautiful woodland and rare heathland, the Park offers the perfect balance of adventure, relaxation and time together in nature.
Whether you’re planning a family holiday packed with activities, an escape surrounded by wildlife or a touring holiday with easy access to the North Norfolk coast, summer at Kelling Heath offers something for everyone. Spend your days exploring scenic trails, enjoying outdoor activities, discovering local attractions and making the most of everything the Park has to offer.
Make the Most of Every Summer Day
One of the greatest things about a summer break at Kelling Heath is that every day can be different. Explore at your own pace, join organised activities or take a dip in the outdoor pool, all surrounded by nature.

Explore at Your Own Pace
With hundreds of acres to discover, there are countless ways to enjoy the Park throughout the summer.
Take a leisurely walk along our woodland and heathland trails, where you may spot butterflies, dragonflies, squirrels and a variety of native birds. Bring your bike and enjoy miles of scenic routes winding through the park, or challenge family and friends to a game of tennis before cooling off with a swim in the indoor swimming pool or seasonal outdoor pool.
Children can burn off energy in the various outdoor play areas, while those looking for a slower pace can simply relax on the decking outside their accommodation, enjoy a picnic or soak up the atmosphere beneath the trees.
As evening arrives, Kelling Heath takes on a different character. Watch the sun set over the heathland, a particularly popular spot is from the viewpoint, looking out to Weybourne and the sea. Enjoy live evening entertainment and as darkness falls, experience some of Norfolk’s famously clear skies.
