After you’ve booked your holiday, should you be interested in purchasing a new Holiday Home, contact the Sales Team on 01263 589900 who can arrange the following benefits for you; Health & Fitness Club passes, access to the exclusive Owners lounge and a game of golf at the prestigious Sheringham Golf Club!
These can be used during your stay with us, giving you the Owner experience whilst you enjoy the serene woodland surroundings and fantastic North Norfolk location.
Our Sales Team will be on hand to show you around and help maximise your stay. They can discuss how the buying process works and find the right Holiday Home on the perfect plot that suits you, so you can return as often as you please!
When you agree to purchase, the cost of your holiday will be shown as a reduction from your new holiday home!
Enjoy a short break with us and if you decide to make a new Holiday Home purchase, we’ll refund the cost of your holiday accommodation.

- The lead booker must be listed on the purchase agreement.
- The sale must be completed within the current calendar year.
