The Village Square is the hub of our Holiday Park. Designed to blend with the natural beauty of Kelling Heath, from noon to dusk, it's a place to relax with the morning paper, a lunchtime snack or enjoy an evening drink. If you're looking to partake in something sporty, head to the Blue Playing Field. Not forgetting the Adventure play areas, petanque and space for a game or two of rounders, cricket or football.

A fun place for all the family – free to all staying guests, the enclosed patio is surrounded by an attractive Norfolk stone and flint wall with a backdrop of mature pines.

Subject to bathing level restrictions during peak periods.

The management reserves the right to amend timings and limit admission should these levels be reached.

Our outdoor pool will open on selected days/times in 2024 from May to September. 

24th May – 2nd June – 10am to 6.30pm daily

3rd June – 14th July – Friday (12pm-6.30pm), Saturday (10am-6.30pm), Sunday 10am-6.30pm ONLY

15th July – 8th September – 10am to 6.30pm daily

You can book 1-hour time slots for the outdoor pool through Eventbrite. An access code will be included in your pre-arrival email.

We have two hard surface courts located close to the Village Square. Courts can be hired via the Reception Team on the day of play.

No equipment? You can hire rackets for a small charge from Reception.

Table Tennis is free to play and is located in the Village Square and Blue Playing Field. You can purchase equipment from the Village Square.

A woodland gym for adults. The start of the Trim Trail is close to the Tennis Courts through a double wooden gate and at the start of 100-acre wood.

Follow the grey waymarkers around the route.

Ideal for the whole family, our various play areas provide fun-filled adventures while in the Park.

Jump aboard the Kelling Express train behind the Village Square, it’s perfect for little ones to explore while you relax and enjoy some refreshments from the Village Store.

For the more adventurous, scurry, jump and climb the Squirrels Drey over on our recreation site near the touring areas. What can you see from the bird’s nest?

Fishing in the bottom pond is allowed, provided you hold a valid Environment Agency permit and purchase a pass from the Village Store.

Located at the Blue Playing Field, try your hand at a game of petanque (also known as French Boules) and challenge your friends and family to this fun team game.
