Your Lodge or Luxury Holiday Home is available for occupation from 4pm on the day of arrival.
We would ask that on your day of departure that your accommodation is vacated by 10am.

Your confirmation that you have received either through the post or via e-mail is all that is required to check in.

We do not allow any pets in our Luxury Holiday Homes.

There are 6 Dog-Friendly Woodland Lodges.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the Woodland Lodges or Luxury Holiday Homes; this also includes the decking area of these accommodation units.

No, all sheets and bedding are provided, and the beds are made up ready.

Towels and tea towels are also provided in the Woodland Lodges and Luxury Holiday Homes.

We provide some essentials to get you started but also sell a range of products in the Village Store.

In the accommodation you will be provided with:

Bathrooms:

  • 1 x toilet roll per bathroom to get you started
  • Handwash
  • Hair/body wash
  • Moisturising Lotion (Platinum Lodges only)

Kitchen:

  • Tea towel
  • Oven gloves
  • Dish cloth
  • Green scourer
  • Dishwasher tablets
  • Tea bags to get you started
  • Small pack of cafetière coffee to get you started (Nightjars only)
  • Nespresso Coffee pods (Lodges only)
  • Pint of semi skimmed milk
  • Welcome Bag with local goodies

Travel cots and highchairs can be provided upon request prior to your arrival (subject to availability). Please note that bedding and mattresses ARE NOT provided for travel cots and cot sizes vary.
