Our range of pitch types
We offer a selection of pitches to suit every style of touring and camping. All of our pitches are located within easy reach of facilities and benefit from an electric hook up included. Extras can be added to a pitch for an additional charge. These include; dog (maximum of two), either an awning or gazebo, or extra car.

Our Touring Areas
At Kelling Heath, we have three Touring & Camping Areas; Yellow Dragonfly, Red Squirrel and Blue Butterfly. Find out more about them below:

Our Yellow Dragonfly Area is the closest to our Village Square and can be seen from the check-in cabin when arriving.
The Yellow Dragonfly Area is also home to our Launderette which is located next to the facility building. Parking is available outside the building.

The Red Squirrel Area is our Dog-Friendly Touring Area. A maximum of two dogs are permitted per pitch.
The Red Squirrel Area leads onto the open heathland and viewpoint.
Our Red Facility Building is home to our incredible Family Bathrooms, making your stay as a family more comfortable. There’s even an external dog shower for your pooch!

The Blue Butterfly Area is located at the lower end of the Park but remains an approximate 5 minute walk from the Village Square.

Our spacious touring and camping pitches in our Red Squirrel Area are perfect for guests who want to bring their four-legged friends along – up to two dogs are welcome per pitch.
We ask that they’re kept on a lead and not left unattended, but there’s plenty for them to enjoy. From scenic, way-marked trails through the woods to dog-friendly facilities across the park, we’ve created an environment where dogs feel just as at home as their humans. We even offer doggy treats in our café and stock essentials in our Village Store.
Need to rinse off those muddy paws? Our Dog Shower is located behind the Red Touring Facility Building.

To help you make the most of your stay, here’s a handy list of essentials to pack before you set off.
Pack for all weather Norfolk weather can change quickly, so pack layers, waterproof jackets, and warm clothes – even in summer!
Sturdy Footwear Bring walking boots or wellies for exploring the woodland trails and heathland paths, especially if it’s been raining.
Pack your Torch Once the sun sets, the park becomes beautifully dark – great for stargazing, but less so for finding your way to the toilet block! Pack torches, headlamps, or battery-powered lanterns, along with spare batteries or power banks.
Final Tip: Check the latest updates before you arrive, including our Park Rules, events, and local recommendations. With the right gear and a little planning, your stay will be a comfortable, relaxing escape into nature.

We understand that comfort and cleanliness are essential for a great camping experience. That’s why our shower and toilet buildings are thoughtfully designed to make your stay as relaxing and convenient as possible.
Our shower buildings are regularly cleaned and maintained to high standards. Spacious and airy, they provide plenty of hot water and are free to use – no need for tokens or coins.
Family bathrooms are available in our Red Squirrel Building for those travelling with young children.
Each main facility building also includes a covered dishwashing area, making it easy to clean up after meals. There’s also an on-park laundrette in our Yellow Dragonfly Area with washing machines and dryers for guests staying a little longer or simply wanting to freshen up their clothes.
Due to our woodland setting, mobile coverage can be limited across the Park, including accommodation. For those important ‘staying in touch’ moments, there is free WIFI available in the Village Square, The Forge & Terrace Restaurant, and Brackens.

The Yellow Dragonfly area is home to a convenient motorhome drive-over point, designed to make waste disposal and water top-ups easy for touring guests. This dedicated facility allows motorhome users to empty grey waste tanks directly and refill fresh water quickly, all within a spacious, easy-access layout. Clearly signposted and regularly maintained, the drive-over point ensures a smooth and efficient stop as part of your stay, ideal for keeping your motorhome pitch clean and self-contained throughout your visit.
