Whether you’re looking for a gentle stroll or a full workout, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Our Health & Fitness club is available for Guest’s use through either a day, three-day or seven-day pass, please see below for tariffs and restrictions.
Complimentary passes are available to those staying in our Kelling Heath Holiday Park Woodland Lodges (excludes Nightjar Holiday Homes and touring/camping pitches).

A fun place for all the family – free to all staying guests, the enclosed patio is surrounded by an attractive Norfolk stone and flint wall with a backdrop of mature pines.
Subject to bathing level restrictions during peak periods.
The management reserves the right to amend timings and limit admission should these levels be reached.
Access is outside, behind the Heath & Fitness Club (please follow the signage). Please remember that your Kelling Heath wristbands must be presented on arrival (for every member of your party) or access will be denied.
A comprehensive booklet detailing the trails around Kelling Heath is available from Reception or the Village Store for £1.
Detailed in the booklet is the Trim Trail, a woodland gym for adults. The start of the Trim Trail is close to the Tennis Courts through a double wooden gate and at the start of 100-acre wood.
Follow the grey waymarkers around the route.
We have two hard surface courts located close to the Village Square.
Courts can be hired via the Reception Team on the day of play.
No equipment? You can hire rackets for a small charge from Reception.
Huff & Puff Cycles are located just off the Village Square and can assist with all your cycling needs.

Table Tennis is free to play and is located in the Village Square and Blue Playing Field. You can purchase equipment from the Village Square.
Located at the Blue Playing Field, try your hand at a game of Petanque (also known as French Boules) and challenge your friends and family to this fun team game.
