HOW FAR IS IT TO THE COAST?

The nearest coast line to Kelling Heath is at Weybourne which is about 2 miles away by car; turn left as you leave the Park and follow the signs to Weybourne, at the first junction bear right then turn left onto the A149 then first right, this will take you to the seashore.

There are many fine beaches to explore in North Norfolk from the unspoilt and open beaches of Holkham and Brancaster (favoured by everyone from kite-boarders to film makers), to the family friendly sands of Hunstanton, Sheringham, Cromer and Mundesley, the North Norfolk Coast is truly remarkable.

DO THE NORTH NORFOLK RAILWAY TRAINS STOP AT KELLING HEATH?

Yes, we have our own Kelling Heath Halt which is a request stop. You can watch or catch the train on our Halt located down near our fishing pond. Take a fun-filled journey from Holt to Sheringham on an iconic steam train and enjoy the views!
Due to the gradient, steam trains can only stop on the return journey from Holt, and cannot stop when travelling from Sheringham / Weybourne. However, diesel services can stop in both directions.
Purchase tickets online and check the latest timetables on the North Norfolk Railway website.

IS THE HEALTH & FITNESS CLUB AN ADDITIONAL COST?

The Health & Fitness Club is an additional cost (except for Woodland Lodges guests).

Please call the team on 01263 588181 or visit the Health and Fitness Reception while on Park to purchase a 1, 3 or 7 day pass.

Those occupying our Woodland Lodges have complimentary membership of the Health & Fitness Club for the duration of your stay – passes will be given at check in.

All facilities are included within the cost of the Health & Fitness pass; unfortunately it is not possible to just pay for a swim.

To be allocated a pitch all payment is needed at the time of booking or 6 weeks prior to arrival.

During low season we can make provisional bookings that can be held for 5 days without payment of a deposit, on confirmation we require a deposit of £75 for Lodges, Holiday Hire Homes and Touring Pitches to secure the booking. The provisional booking will lapse if no deposit is paid. Provisional bookings cannot be taken where the holiday start date is within 7 days.
