Accommodation FAQ
CAN I BRING PETS IN WOODLAND LODGES AND LUXURY HOLIDAY HOMES?
Currently, we do not allow any pets in our luxury holiday homes or lodges.
However, from 2024, there will be 4 designated Woodland Lodges that will permit dogs.
We allow a maximum of two dogs per pitch on the Red Squirrel Touring area ONLY which is situated close to the dog walking area.
Please be aware, dogs must be on leads at all times and must not be left unattended.
Please clear up after your dog and use the bins provided.
We do allow dogs to walk throughout the Park although they must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
We ask dog owners to respect those touring and camping guests who do not have dogs and who are pitched on the Yellow Dragonfly and Blue Butterfly areas. When walking your dog(s) please keep to the main roads to the side of both these areas and do not enter into areas where these guests are pitched.

WHAT TIME CAN I ARRIVE/DEPART?
Arrival time is 4pm for Woodland Lodges and Luxury Holiday Homes.
Departure time is 10am for all guests.
DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN SHEETS AND BEDDING?
No, all sheets and bedding are provided and the beds are made up ready.
We do not provide bedding for cots.
DO I NEED TO BRING TOWELS AND TEA TOWELS?
Towels and a tea towel are provide in the Woodland Lodges and Luxury Holiday Homes.
We ask that towels are not removed from the accommodation. Additional towels can be hired from Reception for a small fee plus a deposit for use in the Health & Fitness Club.
IS ACCOMMODATION WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY?
CAN COTS/HIGH CHAIRS BE HIRED?
A travel cot is available on request for Woodland Lodges or Holiday Homes. Please note that bedding IS NOT provided for these cots.
Highchairs can be hired from reception, although we do ask for a small deposit which will be refunded when returned. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to hire one.
