Food and Beverage Manager
Kelling Heath, an established and successful holiday park located in North Norfolk, is recruiting for a new role of Food and Beverage Manager with responsibility for all hospitality outlets and both the front and back of house teams.
As the Food and Beverage Manager you will manage key events on park, develop new food propositions and menus and, in conjunction with the COO, determine the future F&B strategy for Kelling Heath that will excite our guests, keep the business relevant and be financially viable.
You will inspire and lead the FOH and BOH teams that work in the bars, restaurant and take-away facilities at Kelling Heath, ensuring that the individual teams meet or exceed their operational budgets and that the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times whilst delivering a consistently excellent guest experience.
Commercially aware you will ensure that the margin targets are met by managing the GP of individual product lines and the overall F&B mix, taking appropriate action to promote the highest GP products.
As a key member of the park’s leadership team you will role model the Company purpose and values in everything you do and ensure the whole team lives by our Company behaviours.
