Your Booking with Kelling Heath
New National Restrictions from 5 November
Following the announcement by the Prime Minister on Saturday 31 October from Thursday 5 November until Wednesday 2 December new national restrictions for England will be in place.
What does this mean for guests?
We regret that Kelling Heath must close by law for the period of the lockdown for guests hiring Kelling Heath's own lodges, holiday homes and touring and camping pitches.
For those already on park you will be required to vacate your accommodation or touring pitch by 18:00 on Wednesday 4 November. Park staff will be speaking with those affected and we will be in contact with you on your return home about your curtailed break.
Arrivals due week commencing 2 November up to and including 5 November will be contacted by telephone about their reservations.
Arrivals from 6 November will be contacted by e-mail or if no e-address is held, by telephone
As we are sure you may appreciate under these extreme circumstances we are dealing with high volumes of calls and would ask for your patience at this time
