We have plenty of pre-bookable family activities on offer during school holidays. From wildlife experts guiding you on our nature walks and rambles to getting active and learning new skills like fencing and archery. We have something for all ages and abilities.
Out of school holidays, there is still plenty to do through a range of self-guided activities and outdoor leisure options.

Fishing for Families

Moth Watch! With Peter Walton
any-ageMoths are on the wing at all times of the year but more so when it’s calm and warmish. Surprisingly they will even fly in the rain. We are able to meet, talk and learn about moths whatever the conditions and it’s unusual not to see at least 1 or 2. On a perfect evening the results can be staggering.
A torch is useful to bring though not essential.
Rush and willow crafts
